Corporations Wishing to Do Business with the Government Must Certify

Corporations wishing to do business with the Government must certify that they:

A) have never lobbied against the government.
B) have not been charged with any of the offences anywhere in the world in the past ten years.
C) have never evaded,or attempted to evade,their tax obligations with the CRA.
D) have never been disbarred under NAFTA.
E) have never faced legal proceedings involving corruption allegations.
