A) suffers from Mixed Episodes with at least one Major Depressive Episode
B) is persistently in an elevated, expansive, or irritable mood
C) does not suffer from a Major Depressive Episode but is in a chronically depressed mood for a long period of time (i.e., two or more years)
D) suffers from chronic feelings of apprehension, anxiety, and irritability
