Annabelle is usually a very reserved person who tries to be polite and friendly to others. She is known as being "sweet but quiet." One day at a supermarket, she overhears two men making racially bigoted comments about another patron, and she explodes. She screams at the men, tells them how hateful they are, and creates a scene until the store manager has to intervene.
