Assume that you have just opened the morning mail and received a copy of a complaint alleging a cause of action against Mr. Holton, who is represented by your firm. His file number is 92-1000. You know that you have 20 days, starting tomorrow, to file an answer and that it is your job to draft an answer for your supervising attorney's review. You have received the complaint on September 5.
