Job A: (10-0) + (16-4) = 22 
Job B: (16-0) + (12-4) = 24 
Job C: (12-0) + (10-4) = 18

Job B has the highest S/RO value and should be processed first. After processing Job B, the remaining slack per remaining operations would be:
