Officer Gray Was Investigating a Case Involving a Serial Rapist

Officer Gray was investigating a case involving a serial rapist. When DNA tests came back from the lab, Officer Gray realized that Hal, who was in the county jail awaiting trial on unrelated charges, was the prime suspect.
