Greg Has Always Been a Friendly, Affectionate, Confident Child

Greg has always been a friendly, affectionate, confident child. During the last month, he has been very irritable, sleeping poorly, and having nightmares. He also doesn't want to spend time with his friends. When his mother takes him to the afterschool tutoring program, he often forgets his notebook and says that he doesn't need tutoring anymore. He also was seen riding his bike dangerously down a steep hill near his house.
