Mail Merge Recipients list is where you add the email addresses of the people who will receive the mail-merged email message. If you want to receive a copy of the email message, you can simply add your own email address to this list. Adding your email address to the Mail Merge Senders or Mail Merge Update list will not accomplish the same result. The Mail Merge Copy list does not exist as an option for mail-merging in most email programs.
