The occipital lobe is found at the back of the head. The occipital bone is the bone that makes up the posterior (back) of the skull. The occipital lobe is the most posterior lobe of the brain.
The dorsal region refers to the back.
The upper extremities are your arms and the lower extremities are your legs.
