The mentalis muscle is located at the middle of the mandible.
The levator labii superioris muscle raises one's upper lip and is located from the maxilla to the orbicularis oris. 
The temporalis muscle is located from the parietal bone to the coronoid process of the mandible. 
The palatoglossus muscle is located from the soft palate to the side of the tongue.
