You Have Been Appointed to an Interdisciplinary Team Charged to Work

You have been appointed to an interdisciplinary team charged to work with a team of architects and designers to re-design the waiting area in the outpatient clinic of the University X Healthcare System. Members of this team include professions and disciplines that you have not worked with in the past i.e. architects and designers. Community members and former patients are also part of the team. You have made a commitment to be the 'best' team member you can be and have chosen to use the Johari window to identify and improve your relationships within the group.
The Johari window can also be used to examine groups. In this newly formed group you would expect the Johari window would have a large open/free area.
