When Placing Individuals with End-Stage Renal Disease in a Work

When placing individuals with end-stage renal disease in a work setting, all of the following are criteria to consider except:

A) fatigue may necessitate a shortened workday
B) peripheral neuropathy may make it difficult or impossible to perform tasks such as lifting or to complete tasks requiring manual dexterity
C) impaired judgment, difficulty with memory, or irritability may interfere with adequate job performance
D) temperature extremes are not of importance since this is not an issue with individuals with ESRD
