A lady presented to medical emergency with cough, Tachypnea and Dyspnea. On examination, she had wheeze in her chest; she was not able to complete one sentence in a single breath and was having tachycardia. She had a history of allergic dermatitis and hay fever. What is the likely diagnosis?
