Contralateral impaired joint position sense is not a clinical feature of Brown-Sequard syndrome.
In Brown-Sequard syndrome there will be ipsilateral loss of joint position sense.
Brown-Sequard syndrome is a unilateral spinal cord lesion. Due to motor deficiency there will be dragging of the leg. Upper motor neuron signs present on the side of lesion. There will be pyramidal type of distribution, i.e. in the arms, extensors will be predominantly affected, and in the legs, flexors will be affected.
