When filling a prescription for Tikosyn, a pharmacy must do all of the following except:

A) Tell the patient that any refills are not valid, and they must get a new prescription each time Tikosyn is dispense
B) Verify that the prescriber is a confirmed participant in the Tikosyn T.I.P.S. database
C) Be enrolled in the TIPS program as a dispensing pharmacy
D) Stamp the back of the prescription with the T.I.P.S. stamp and write both the date and initials of the pharmacist
