Hold Short line, as the other side is active runway. The space from the two solid yellow lines to the runway is all part of the active runway. The broken lines are part of the taxi area and that is where you want to hold short, and not be on the active runway. If exiting the runway from landing, once you cross the 2 solid lines, you are now on the taxiway.
