Under 1500 AGL. The FAR's (Federal Aviation Regulations) 91.303 states the rules for aerobatic flights in airspace. There are waivers granted for airshows obviously, but you have to be a member of the show to take advantage of those waivers. However, one of the main requirements is that the flight needs to be higher than 1500 feet AGL to conduct aerobatic flights.
