So far, what you can see is that the client has compulsions. You cannot yet be sure if they are attached to obsessions, have not yet diagnosed OCD, and since she is only here for her assessment, you do not yet have a baseline established. When a baseline is clearly established, you will have even more criteria on which to base your assessment.
