Signs of constrictive pericarditis:
•General examination - mimics CHF (especially right-sided HF) - ascites, hepatosplenomegaly, edema
•Increased JVP, Kussmaul's sign (paradoxical increase in JVP with inspiration), Friedrich's sign (prominent "y" descent > "x" descent)
•Pressures: BP normal to decreased, +/- pulsus paradoxus
