Breech presentation.
In breech presentation, the lie is longitudinal and the podalic pole presents at the pelvic brim. It is the most common malpresentation. The incidence of breech presentation is one in every 5 births (or 20% of all births). Breech presentation is categorized as uncompleted and complete.
