When Members Disagree with the Action of the Board of Directors

When members disagree with the action of the board of directors, they can:

A) Alter the constitution with an ordinary resolution;
B) Vote the directors out of office;
C) Pass a resolution overriding what the directors have done;
D) Call a director's meeting to vote the directors out of office;
E) Sue the directors for breaching the fiduciary duties which the directors owe to the shareholders.
