Janet Attends a "Purse Party" at Her Friend Nancy's House

Janet attends a "purse party" at her friend Nancy's house. Nancy claims she made all of the quilted purses she is selling. Janet purchases one of Nancy's handmade purses for $50.00. A few days later Janet finds out that Nancy did not make the purses, but instead stole them from a warehouse. Would Janet be able to get any of the money back that she paid for the purse?
