A parcourse

A) is made up of a series of interconnected logs/beams to form a balancing circuit.
B) is a modified outdoor "ropes course" for children (e.g. flying fox) .
C) includes a selection of exercise stations along a jogging trail to form a circuit.
D) includes a range of naturally made play spaces (e.g. hills, valleys) .
E) can also be used as a playing field for target games (e.g. ultimate, golf) .
