The nomenclature "Open wound of elbow, forearm, and wrist with tendon involvement" may be selected when:

A) A wound of appropriate depth is present on the elbow, a wound is present on the forearm, and a wound is present on the wrist
B) A wound of appropriate depth must be present on one of the following locations: the elbow, the forearm, or wrist
C) A wound of appropriate depth must be present on a minimum of the hand and wrist
D) Wounds of appropriate depth must be present on a minimum of the forearm and wrist
