A Drowning Victim Is in the Water but Still Has

A drowning victim is in the water but still has a pulse. Proper emergency care in this instance MAY include:

A) clearing an inadequate breathing patient's airway and administering oxygen at 15 L/min through a non-rebreather mask.
B) removing the patient from the water and using abdominal thrusts to clear water from the patient's airway.
C) stabilizing the patient on a long backboard and beginning rescue breathing while the patient is in shallow water.
D) initiating CPR while the patient is still in the water and then using an AED once the patient is out of the water.
