B) are concerned that child protection authorities may charge the mother with neglect because the mother had not prevented the child from witnessing IPV
C) want children removed from the home immediately if the children witness IPV
D) favor the court ruling that says a child's witnessing of IPV is sufficient in and of itself even if there is no other evidence of neglect to warrant removing a child from the home
