During the First Week of School, the Teachers and Aides

During the first week of school, the teachers and aides spent more time on the playground and could be found talking with children about situations where they might be tempted to act out aggressively. When children were acting aggressively, the teachers would ask them to consider how the other child felt about the situation. Finally at the end of the week, the children viewed a video in which the characters demonstrated alternative behaviours that the children could use.
