Trp (tryptophan) has a strong absorbance peak at around 280 nm due to its aromatic ring, therefore the tri-peptide which contains Trp (Ala-Ala-Trp) will absorb light at 280 nm. The other tri-peptides do not contain Trp and therefore will not absorb light at 280 nm.
