The HUC would sign off on a set of doctors' orders:

A) when every order has been addressed and the first nine steps of transcription have been completed.
B) when every order has been read and understood.
C) after the nurse has received a copy of the orders.
D) only after each order has been carried out,as when blood has been collected,x-rays completed,etc.
