Shaniqua Successfully Sued Goldie for False Imprisonment

D) Goldie, the foreman at a construction site, would not send an elevator up to collect Shaniqua at the top of a construction platform until the time for a coffee break arrived, even though Shaniqua wanted to quit her job immediately.
E) a police officer arrested Shaniqua, even though she did not actually commit any crime, after Goldie, a store manager, honestly stated a set of facts that led her to believe that Shaniqua had stolen something.
