Clicking Expand Field will expand the hidden level again. Option A, clicking Expand Field, will expand the second level instead of hiding it. Option C, clicking the - button to the left of the first category, will collapse the first category instead of hiding the second level. Option D, moving the second level out of the ROWS area, will remove it from the PivotTable altogether.
