Other specified feeding or eating disorder, or OSFED, is a diagnosis given to individuals who have symptoms of an eating disorder but do not meet the full criteria for a specific disorder such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa. OSFED is also commonly known as eating disorder not otherwise specified, or EDNOS.
