Guy Paul Morin and Steven Truscott were both wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit. Morin was convicted of the sexual assault and murder of his 9-year-old neighbour, Christine Jessop, in 1984, and spent 18 months in prison before being acquitted on newly discovered DNA evidence in 1995. Truscott was convicted of the rape and murder of 12-year-old Lynne Harper in 1959 and was sentenced to be hanged.
