A) Were it not for capitalist hostility, Communism as practiced in Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union would reach the final stages of development envisioned by Marx.
B) Rather than eliminating classes, governing Communist parties and bureaucracies have themselves become "the New Class," which was exploitative as it governed.
C) Communism can only develop in countries that have a history of the rule of law and basic human freedoms.
D) The Communist system may be viable someday but not in his lifetime.
E) Though imperfect, existing Communist systems are the only viable applications of scientific Marxism and must be supported.
