Shelagh Is Feeling Really Stressed

Shelagh is feeling really stressed. Nothing out of the ordinary is going on, but she still feels like she's having a difficult time coping. It seems like all the little things are making her more stressed than they should; things like remembering to take out the recycling, the barking of the dog next door, and having to choose a dress for her cousin's wedding next week.
