Allergies and medications can provide insight into potential allergic reactions or side effects that may contribute to Leah's current symptoms. Asking about food preferences, religious preference, birth history, childhood development, level of education, use of DEET, and level of water filtration may be important for some patients but are not as relevant to Leah's current symptoms and presentation.
