Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, et al. the plaintiffs (the Diocese) claim that the ACA interferes with its First Amendment right to free exercise of their religion by requiring Catholic institutions, including universities, hospitals, and social service organizations, to provide insurance for certain birth control-related services that the Church forbids.
