Late One Evening Charles Is Attempting to Sell Cocaine on a City

Late one evening Charles is attempting to sell cocaine on a city street corner.A customer approaches and asks the price.Charles produces a small envelope of the drug and names a price.At this point the customer says,"Police officer.You are under arrest." Charles immediately sticks the envelope in his mouth and swallows it.The officer takes him into custody and transports Charles to the hospital where his stomach is pumped and the envelope of cocaine is recovered.In addition to the drug charge,Charles has also committed:
