There are no horizontal points of inflection for any function. Points of inflection occur at values of x where the concavity of the function changes (i.e. where the function changes from being concave up to concave down or vice versa). This can only occur at values of x where the second derivative of the function is zero or undefined. However, since the second derivative of a function does not depend on the value of x, the location of the inflection points does not depend on the value of x either.
