Jeff Grandy, president of the Business Students' Association (BSA) at his university, was considering what lessons he learned from his role of vice president last year. He realized that as the role and influence of the BSA expanded since last year, he would need to ensure that he had good students in place for the upcoming year in order to meet the needs of the BSA and the students in general.
