Continuous capillaries and fenestrated capillaries both have a complete endothelium. Continuous capillaries are found in most tissues and provide an uninterrupted lining. Fenestrated capillaries have pores in their endothelial lining that allow for small molecules to pass through but still maintain a complete endothelium. Sinusoidal capillaries have larger openings and do not have a complete endothelium.
