If you are writing a research paper,what should you do to avoid plagiarizing someone else's work?

A) Make sure you cite the source.That way you do not have to worry about writing it in your own words. Students often wrongly believe that if they quote a source,then they can take it word for word.
B) Make sure you explain the information that you are using in your own words and cite the source. Students should pay close attention to these guidelines.To do otherwise may cause unintentional plagiarism.
C) Citing your source is not necessary as long as you occasionally change a few words as you go.
D) Cite your sources only if you take a quote directly from someone else's work.
