The Rochester site consists of a 140,000-square-foot building where Tesoro's Casuals and Daneille's Dresses utilize 70 percent and 30 percent of the floor space, respectively. Fixed overhead costs consist of the annual lease payment, fire insurance, security, and the common costs of the purchasing department's staff. Fixed overhead is allocated based on percentage of floor space.
