If Congress Is Not in Session and the President Fails

If Congress is not in session and the president fails to sign the bill into law within ten days (not counting Sundays) ,the bill:

A) returns to the Congress where it can enact the law with a three-fourths majority in both chambers
B) returns to the Congress where it can enact the law with a two-thirds majority in both chambers
C) returns to the Congress where it can enact the law with a three-fifths majority in both chambers
D) is vetoed and does not become law
E) becomes law
