A)Clean catheter connector,using 2% chlorhexidine gluconate.__________
B)Remove injection cap by twisting and pulling cap in counterclockwise movement.__________
C)Maintain positive pressure on plunger of syringe.__________
D)Inject 5 mL of normal saline into the catheter lumen.__________
