The Three Different Types of Gaming as Defined by the IGRA

The three different types of gaming as defined by the IGRA include all of the following except:
• class I gaming which consists of social gaming played for prizes of minimal value
• class I gaming which consists of charitable gaming played to raise money for charities and causes
• class II gaming consisting of bingo and similar card games authorized by the rules of the state
• class iii gaming which includes all forms of gaming not covered by class I or class II
