​Charles Jordan often texts while he is driving.There is no law in his state that specifically addresses texting while driving.There is a statute that prohibits drivers from engaging in "distracting behavior." Charles says the following,"I am not distracted by texting because I can do more than one thing at a time.Also,the word is not defined very well.I don't think texting is a form of distracted driving.Changing the radio is more distracting.Besides,almost everyone texts while driving."
