Photos of a 2-Year-Old Boy Were Taken at Daycare and Posted

Photos of a 2-year-old boy were taken at daycare and posted online with comments that appear to make fun of the child. As a result, two workers at the Heavenly Haven Learning Center were fired. One of the photos shows the child sitting in a highchair, looking sad. The picture was accompanied with the caption, "I'm sick of this [expletive]!!!" Another photo shows a second child juxtaposed with the image from a character from "Cars," with the poster decision to terminate the two employees? Explain and define.
