Supervision Can Include

Supervision can include:

A) communicating the agency's mission, policies, and practice guidelines to casework staff; 

B) setting standards of performance for staff to assure high-quality practice; 
assuring that all laws and policies are followed, and staying current with changing policies and procedures; 

C) creating a psychological and physical climate that enables staff to feel positive, satisfied, and comfortable about the job;
D) all of the above.
