Reasoner is throwing a birthday party for her 10-year-old twin girls, Jana and Joanna. It is going to be a big party with lots of children and she is having a tough time deciding what food to serve that every child will like and be able to eat. Making her task even more of a challenge is that the group of children is so diverse. One child is the son of an orthodox Rabbi. Then there is a Hispanic child, newly arrived with his parents from Santo Domingo. A third child is allergic to shellfish.
